Commercial Support
At Vygon UK we have a large and experienced team to support our customers’ commercial requirements. Covering pricing queries, tender support, e-Procurement, and reporting, our Commercial Department is split into three teams and ensures customer queries are dealt with swiftly and accurately.
Commercial Support Teams
Data Management Team:
This team is responsible for customer account management, PEPPOL onboarding, GTIN management, e-Procurement and e-Catalogue management.
Commercial Team:
This team is responsible for tender submissions and contract management, direct pricing agreements, commercial agreements and pricing support.
Business Intelligence Team:
This team is responsible for internal reporting and analytics, customers reports and analysis.
