The responsibility for setting and delivering Vygon’s business strategy lies with the company’s Senior Leadership Team. As highly experienced experts in their individual specialities, they work together to plan the future direction of the company based on commercial priorities as well as a retrospective evaluation of Business Unit and departmental performance.
Collectively the team helps to define the company’s mission, vision and values around the needs and wishes of our customers. By bringing together expertise in sales, finance, marketing, technology, regulatory affairs, customer service and logistics, the SLT represents every aspect of Vygon’s business operations.

Haemodynamic Management
In Haemodynamic Management, we Value Life through developing essential medical devices needed for your most critical of patients, with solutions that provide both crucial and safe care.
Serving critical environments such as ICU, ITUs, critical care environments, and theatres our range includes our innovative haemodynamic monitor – Mostcare Up, as well as devices for critical access including Central Venous Catheters (CVCs) and arterial access.
Our team of Product Specialists and Clinical Nurse Specialists are on hand to support critical care departments and clinicians with hands-on training and education for clinical excellence and improved patient outcomes.
Vascular Management
In Vascular Management, we Value Life by providing range of mid- to long-term vascular access devices (VADs) to meet your patients’ needs and promoting best clinical practice in vessel protection and vascular access device selection. Allowing clinicians to offer patients ‘the right line for the right patient at the right time’, and achieving improved clinical outcomes.
Our expertise in vascular access and management comes from our leading range, which includes solutions for PICCs, midlines, ports and hubers, as well as devices for vascular access placement, and portable infusion pumps.
We also offer the extended support from our Clinical Nurse Advisors who specialise in vascular access. They are on hand to provide clinical education and competency sign off in the skills required to place and maintain our range of VADs.
Neonatal & Regional Anaesthesia
In our neonatal ranges and regional anaesthesia ranges, we Value Life by providing solutions and products to help you deliver a first-rate experience for neonatal and preterm babies as well as products to deliver and administer pain management and local anaesthesia.
Additionally, our leading neonatal range of devices provide support and care for your tiniest of patients. Our neonatal range encompasses many areas, including neonatal vascular access including neonatal PICCs, introducers, and umbilical catheters, along with specialist solutions such as neonatal nasogastric feeding, respiratory support and heat-loss prevention.
Our solutions for regional anaesthesia and pain management including our epidural and spinal needles, and TIVA sets.
For both ranges, we offer a service that is supported by clinical evidence and engaging education, helping clinicians to provide the best care and clinical outcomes.
