Due to unusually high volumes of calls we are experiencing at the moment, if you are unable to get through to us by phone, please send us an email customerservice@vygon.co.uk
Please rest assured we are following our business continuity plan and put the following into action:
- We have ensured our systems and business processes work remotely, with no interruption to normal service
- We have implemented the use of live chat on our website, which is available for our customers to use Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm
- Reception/triage staff with remote/access to switchboard, and diversions are in place
- Zoom, skype and online video calls are being used to work with our customers/suppliers when needed.
This is enabling us to provide you with a seamless service. Please do bear with us if you experience any background noise when you may be speaking to a member of our team.
