Telephone Communications

Due to unusually high volumes of calls we are experiencing at the moment, if you are unable to get through to us by phone, please send us an email

Please rest assured we are following our business continuity plan and put the following into action:

  • We have ensured our systems and business processes work remotely, with no interruption to normal service
  • We have implemented the use of live chat on our website, which is available for our customers to use Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm
  • Reception/triage staff with remote/access to switchboard, and diversions are in place
  • Zoom, skype and online video calls are being used to work with our customers/suppliers when needed.

This is enabling us to provide you with a seamless service. Please do bear with us if you experience any background noise when you may be speaking to a member of our team.
