Leaderflex is a polyurethane paediatric central venous catheter inserted using the Seldinger technique.
It can also be used for arterial puncture (radial, femoral…) for children or adults.

Leaderflex is supplied in a rigid blister pack containing:
– 1 puncture needle int.Ø 0.8mm – Ext.Ø 1.1mm – 19G – Length: 54mm,
– 1 totally X-ray opaque catheter – Int.Ø 0.8mm – Ext.Ø 1.2mm – 18G – 4Fr, 6cm long for code 1213.06 and 10cm long for code 1213.10. The proximal hub features fixation wings and a female Luer-lock connection,
– 1 straight guidewire with flexible distal tip Ext.Ø 0.7mm, 20cm long for code 1213.06 and 30cm long for code 1213.10.
