Family Life at Vygon
At Vygon we like to celebrate success and definitely don’t need an excuse to have a gathering! We have regular events throughout the year including our all staff celebratory ‘Pierre Simonet Awards Evening’ and a Summer Fete where we play games, have funfair stalls and offer staff complimentary ‘chippy lunch’.
Other events we have throughout the year include:
- Dress down charity days which can include events such as blindfolded cake decorating, hot dog and bake sales and fun photo opportunities.
- Fun, in-house training days, which can include: Insights Discovery profiles, Emotional Intelligence, EFT for stress in the workplace.
- Regular team building days.
