FAQs regarding Christmas hours and deliveries
Q) What is the last date and cut off time for pre-Christmas orders?
A) 3pm on Monday, 19th December for standard service
Q) Are you accepting orders between Christmas and New Year? If so, when are you open?
A) Yes, we will be accepting orders between Wednesday, 28th December to Friday, 30th December.
Q) Are you dispatching orders between Christmas and New Year?
A) Yes, we will be dispatching orders between Wednesday, 28th December to Friday, 30th December.
Q) What will your delivery service be at this time?
A) Our standard service of 3-5 working days will not be guaranteed over the festive period, and only overnight guaranteed deliveries will ensure a next day service from 20th December until w/c 2nd January.
Please Note:
- Overnight deliveries placed on the 23rd and 30th of December will be delivered on the 28th of December and 3rd of January respectively.
- *In the event of transport route closures as a result of severe adverse weather conditions, delivery may be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled subject to stock availability, and every effort will be made to inform you of any shortages on receipt of your order.
