We're Changing our Carriage Costs

From January 2018 Vygon will be removing carriage charges on orders for standard delivery (three to five days from receipt of order). 

This change has been prompted by feedback received from customers who expressed confusion relating to the additional charge of delivery, and to bring us in line with updated NHS terms and conditions. In an environment where efficiency and cost-saving are more important than ever, this provided an opportunity to react and respond to our customers’ needs.

As a result, from January 2018 standard delivery will be free. Customers who request a next day delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £10 per delivery, which is a reduction of £19.50 on the current charge.

We listened to our customers and identified a clear need to change, and in response have improved our service promise demonstrating our understanding of the tough economic environment that our customers have to deal with daily.”
